3d Max House Elevation Design

I want to hire someone in Architecture skilled in 3DS Max (or similar) who is able to give a high quality rendered architectural front Elevation, side elevation and back elevation of a Residential building. I also need 3d rendered front boundary wall design and frontal area design along with main gate. All the 3D rendered design should also show exterior lighting.

This residential building has basement, ground floor & 1st floor only. The Architect / Designer will have some freedom in his work subject to my final approval. I will provide the Autocad file of the building plan.
